Catalyst Construction Group delivers interior construction and tenant improvement projects across Ontario with precision, transparency, and ISO 45001-certified safety. Our procurement process protects every stakeholder — from the design team to the boots on the ground.
Catalyst’s procurement process is governed by our ISO 45001 Procurement & Outsourcing Program — a documented framework that ensures every trade, every project, and every deliverable meets the same high standard. For clients and design partners, this means fewer surprises and more accountability at every phase.
We issue clear, well-defined scopes of work to qualified trade contractors. Tender packages include drawings, specifications, schedule milestones, safety requirements, and contract terms — so trade partners can submit accurate, competitive bids without ambiguity.
Bids are reviewed against scope, pricing, schedule capacity, safety standing, and track record. Catalyst evaluates both new and returning trade partners using our structured ISO 45001 Procurement & Outsourcing Program. Price is only one factor — quality and reliability matter more.
Before work begins, every trade partner completes our compliance onboarding. Required: signed subcontractor agreement, certificate of insurance, current WSIB clearance, H&S Acknowledgement, and worker safety certifications (WHMIS, Safety Awareness, trade-specific).
Site superintendents and project managers maintain daily logs, safety inspections, and schedule reviews throughout construction. We use SiteApp Pro for real-time H&S documentation and rapid incident response. Clients and design teams receive regular progress updates.
At project completion, trade partners are assessed against quality, safety compliance, schedule performance, and site conduct. Strong performers are invited onto our standing trade list for future projects — building long-term, mutually rewarding partnerships.
Your reputation is tied to every contractor you recommend. Catalyst Construction Group gives architects and designers a GC they can put their name next to — a team that arrives prepared, communicates proactively, and delivers what’s been specified.
We operate under ISO 45001 — one of the most rigorous construction health and safety management standards in the world. Our procurement process is structured, documented, and audited. When you specify Catalyst, you’re not taking a chance — you’re adding a known quantity to your project team.
